Another Great Stay!

Another great time at the Fountainhead! We love the building and easy access to the beach. The pool is always lovely as well! The condo was clean as usual and is just the right size for our family of 4!

Love the security on the property, and the location was perfect. Only small complaint was the day we arrived the pool was closed for cleaning. Overall great condo!

Absolutely Perfect!!

This condo had everything we needed for a long weekend trip for our family of 3. It was clean, spacious, the views were outstanding, check in process was easy, location was great. Very clean & so many things in the condo!!! A closet of beach toys and chairs and even an umbrella… the 2 balconies were our fave! We will def be staying here again! Pics don’t do it justice!

Nice rental, clean and conveniently located. I would repaint kitchen a more netual or lighter color, and modernize a bit but thats about it. Will return.

Nice place to stay

Overall it was a great place to stay. The check in process at both places was efficient and easy. The condo was clean and inviting with beach decor. The balconies were amazing for sunrises and sunsets. Beach was very close and the pool area was very clean and had many lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.The older gentleman at the pool checking for pool tags was wonderful and welcoming. We enjoyed the fact the television was not a smart tv so we spent more time enjoying the surroundings and not falling into the habit of turning on Hulu or Netflix in the evening. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella was a plus and appreciated. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view but in need of some TLC

The view from the ocean balcony was beautiful. We had a lot of fun on the beach which was steps away and at the pool, where there was always seats available which is nice to put your stuff down. The condo itself definitely needs some tlc. The floor is sloped, the toilet handle needs to be jiggled to stop it from running and you have to be careful with the shower curtain and shower head or the bathroom floods. A majority of the verticle blinds are missing from the deck window so if you're sleeping in the living room be prepared to be woken up by the sun shining in your eyes very early (which I would have loved watching the sunrise if we hadn't been out so late in the boardwalk). Also you can only use certain detergents in the washer, which would have been nice to know ahead of time to save a trip out to get a different boyne of detergent because ours was on the no no list. Overall we had a great time, it's a great location and would be absolutely perfect if they gave the unit the face-lift it truly needs.

Comfortable stay for the beach all day

We were very happy with this condo unit. Being able to close off the den when needed was very nice! The unit was clean with most amenities you would need. Being able to use the beach chairs and accessories was a pleasant surprise.

The property was very quiet and welcoming. The view was breathtaking. Love the option of the bayside view and oceanview. The beach supplies in the bayside deck was great wish I knew before packing. The Television in the room needed a little upgrading. Also the couch bed needs a new mattress. Overall I had a great time and will definitely rent again.

3rd great stay at this property!

Overall another great stay at this property. Cleanliness was great throughout the property with the exception that I found 3 pans, a pot, a bowl and a spoon that were all encrusted with egg? or some unidentifiable substance. I would not expect that the cleaning service would even have checked those but just a PSA to all renters to PLEASE clean up your mess so the next renters don't have to clean your dishes :D

3rd stay here

This was our 3rd stay in this unit. Last 2 times were great. This time, not so much. Check in process was smooth, check in location is at 6200 Coastal Hwy. It only took 10 minutes to get to the fountainhead. That evening we were sitting on the oceanside balcony. I went to walk into the unit, and saw something small run accross the floor to under the sofa. My husband lifted the sofa, but nothing came out. 2 days later, I saw it running accross the living room floor and called for my husband. He was able to kill it. It was a baby mouse. I couldn't figure how there was a mouse on the 12th floor, but I know if there's a baby mouse, then there's more. I called the contact phone number I had and reported it and was told they would let the owner know, but I never heard anything back about it from anyone. One other thing to note, the threshold between the den and hallway, has a nail that is sticking up a bit. The last time we were there it was also and my daughter cut her foot on it. I reported that too, but I guess it never got taken care of. We just put one of the throw rugs over it this time. Other than those things everything was just fine with the unit, but I do wish someone would have addressed our concerns we reported.

We had a great stay! Very clean and perfect location! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The only negative thing I would say is the master bed is super hard and uncomfortable. But all and all a great stay! Would recommend!

Great location with wonderful views

The condo was clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. Great location close to everything. Called about toilet not working properly when we got to room, received a call back saying maintenance had left and would come next day to fix- never did. Check in went fine but not convenient to go to another location to get lock information and pool tags and then having to return them to that location before leaving. Parking convenient at rental property although when paying $40 parking fee security wanted "$40 cash money " with no change available for a $50 bill. Just thought it odd to talk to guests like that. All in all we did enjoy our stay with great ocean views.

Great condo with direct ocean view.

This condo was perfectly located, clean and nicely furnished. The building is very well maintained with a great pool. It is a little inconvenient to have to pick up the check in package from another location but it is closely located. Also, there is a 40$ cash registration charge for every vehicle- even if you are parking only one car. Other than, a great stay! I look forward to returning.

Great Oceanfront Condo

Overall the location of this property was perfect for our trip to the beach. Away from the crowds but close to good food and shopping. Having the ocean front balcony and the private bayside balcony allowed us to enjoy both views. The pool was great and the beach wasn’t very crowded. They only thing I can say is this condo needs major updates on the living room and dining room furniture. Very old and outdated. Bedroom furniture was nice and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Had everything you will need besides paper products, soap products, and linens. Balconies both provided amazing views. There were games in the closet for kids as well as beach gear to borrow. The owners left cute little decos around the house which was really cute too. My family loved staying here.
