Prachtige badplaats op golfbaan Rd in gewilde West OC

Comfortabel 10 personen met uittrekbare slaapbank. Prachtige moderne keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten en granieten werkbladen; volledig gevuld met uitgebreide reeks kook- en eetgerei. Open woon / familiekamer met aangrenzende keuken / eetkamer / bar voor vrienden en familie om te verzamelen. Grote master suite met kingsize bed, inloopkast en luxe masterbad met ruime douche. Er zijn drie extra slaapkamers en twee extra complete badkamers. Geniet van twee grote televisies (woon- / familiekamer en master) met gratis kabel en wifi / internet. Er is een 19 inch tv in de slaapkamer beneden. Socialiseren op het buitendek met meubels. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de garage voor twee auto's met twee extra parkeerplaatsen op de oprit.

We zijn op zoek naar verantwoorde huurders die het vakantiehuis van onze familie en de omliggende prachtige omgeving uitstekend zullen onderhouden.

Verhuur omvat het gebruik van een boot slip met water en elektrisch voor boten onder de 21 '. Overloopparking groot genoeg voor boottrailers.

Gasten kunnen gebruik maken van het gemeenschappelijke clubhuis met een fitnessruimte en een buitenzwembad (Memorial weekend tot weekend na Labor Day). Handige omgeving zonder het stadsverkeer. Op loopafstand van de Ocean City inlaat / promenade, busdepot, Tanger Outlets, Starbucks, supermarkten en vele informele en verfijnde eetgelegenheden. Een korte, schilderachtige rit naar de wilde pony's van Assateague Island. Slechts enkele minuten naar Ocean Downs Casino.

5% korting voor wekelijkse of maandelijkse piek (zomer) seizoen boekingen gemaakt en betaald voor 1 februari. Huur voor het zomerseizoen (121 dagen) voor $ 25.000. Dit huis is ook beschikbaar voor een lange termijn verhuur van september tot mei voor $ 3.000. 00 maandelijks.

Perfect Family Spot

I recently went with my family and this place was perfect. Location is close to everything - and just over the bridge to Coastal. Rooms were spotless and plenty of room for all of us. They even went out of their way to have carpets shampooed because we were bringing a baby. Would definitely rent again. Very easy to work with.

Family get-away to Ocean City, MD

We took our adult children and their families to Ocean City, MD. The Windsor's home was the perfect home away from home. The location was ideal and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The home is lovely and was perfect for the 9 of us. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and through out the house. Our grandkids had so much fun using the community pool...honestly, we all did! The Windsor's quickly responded to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property for your next getaway.

Wonderful home in great community with fantastic hosts

We had a great vacation and truly enjoyed the home. With 2 busy teenagers finding a week to get away was a challenge so we scheduled last minute and I was truly impressed with how amazing the Windsor family was at not only providing a great home and experience but also going the extra mile with answering questions, providing resources on the area, and communication throughout. Great family beach house!

This house was in the perfect location close to OC boardwalk, lots of restaurants and shops, 2 water parks, and a brewery. We enjoyed using the pool and being able to walk to nearby restaurants and ice cream shops. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely go again!

If you want to be close to the action but not too close, this location is perfect. Walking distance to the boardwalk and close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Assategue Island was amazing and a 15 minute drive. The house is clean and comfortable. The owners are quick to respond if you need anything. Highly recommend.

Nice location, love the option to dock our boat there.

We always stay in west OC. This unit was very well located for us and loved that we had a place to leave our boat and a place to park the trailer. It’s nice having access to the pool and a garage as well. I loved having a master suite upstairs and then another in the basement and having three full baths! It’s also super nice they allow you to use beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards so we didn’t have to bring ours along. The place is clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Memories Made!

This was our first VRBO experience and we were thrilled! The Windsor’s town home was exactly as described; it was immaculately clean, equipped with everything we needed - and more! We loved the location - close to the beach in Ocean City and Assateague - and we enjoyed the community pool. Great family dining in close proximity as well as grocery stores, mini golf, candy store, etc. The Windsors were very attentive to our questions and were great hosts. We highly recommend this rental!

The location of this property is perfect - whether you are headed to the strip, Assateague Beach, the outlets or any variety of dinning! The property was immaculately kept with full accommodations. Wonderful place to stay.

We found the townhouse to be clean and very comfortable. My first impression was that it was nicer than the posting showed. Everything in good condition, beds comfortable. Communication with homeowner always right on. Location perfect for us. Access to the canal to go crabbing was a plus. We hope to stay here again.

Great location. About 5-10 minute drive from boardwalk and beach. Nice area, neighbors were very friendly! Check in process was very smooth, and owners were easy to get ahold of. Very clean home, large enough to fit our family of 10!
