Don't expect much
Don't like doing reviews but people need to know what they are getting into when they rent this home. It's looks as though nothing has been done to it since it was put there probably 40 or 50 years ago. Everthing except the dock and deck is completely trashed. The carpet in the first bedroom is littered with stains which make it hard to want to walk around in bare feet. There is more or less a covered up hole in the floor outside the main bathroom which will eventually have someone step through. The bathtub in the main bedroom is stained beyond anyone wanting to use it in my opinion. AC worked ok but the back bedroom was always 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Kitchen facilities were a hodgepodge of pans, glasses and dishes. Not a big deal but the frying pain which look as if they are non stick do not work. There are an assortment of clothes in the closet of the main bedroom scattered through out which are probably things that have been left behind over the years. All in all it served our purpose as a couple of lacrosse players down for the tournament without our wives. If they would have come we would have immediately had to leave because of the condition of the home.
