Huur dit prachtige 2.000 vierkante voet appartement in het centrum van Ocean City. Geweldige locatie nabij de inlaat, op de hoek van Wicomico en Philadelphia. Loop naar het strand, de promenade, de lokale bars en restaurants. Aan de overkant van de straat ligt het zelfgemaakte ijs van Dumser.
De unit bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping en heeft 2 gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen.

Vanaf de laatste week van juni tot en met september is de accommodatie alleen beschikbaar voor wekelijkse verhuur met een zaterdag-check-in.
Drie nachten minimum tijdens het laagseizoen.

Beddengoed is NIET inbegrepen (lakens / handdoeken). Gasten kunnen linnengoed meenemen of linnengoed kopen. Toiletpapier, zeep, schoonmaakproducten, vuilniszakken en papieren handdoeken zijn aanwezig.

We loved this condo! It is HUGE. And so clean! We never moved the car once parked. The balcony is a dream. The kitchen is well stocked, the ac works great. We hope to stay again next year if the host will let us. She is wonderful- attentive and gives all info so you don’t even have questions.

We have been coming to Ocean City forever and this is the first time we stayed down close to the boardwalk. We loved being able to walk to the boardwalk and local shoppes without having to drive. The location was perfect for family and younger children. It was a lovely area. We also enjoyed the condo itself. More than enough room for everyone!! The condo had everything you needed and more. Very clean and very spacious. I sent an email to Linda to let her know how much we enjoyed her place. I would definitely go back there again!! It was a great vacation!

I love this condo. We park our cars and don't need to drive the whole week. Conveniently located. Large. Everything you need. Feels like home. Communication with owner is prompt and easy. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable downtown condo close to lots!

We enjoyed a great stay at this condo! From the start, the owner responded very quickly to questions. Location is great for us.... We like to be close to the action, but not right in the middle of it! It was simple to park and enter upon arrival. The condo is comfortable. One room was great for our boys (we had 4 but you could have fit more!), plus two private bedrooms for the adults! The kitchen has everything you need. Just bring your sheets and towels!

It’s was awesome place!!!

We normally come here with my family every year for our vacation; since my older daughter was 1 year old, now she is 11 and we still love OC and obviously we been in different houses or places but this is one of the most excellent place, because it’s in the island and close to the beach and all activity’s… so definitely recommend.

Fabulous Place

This is a very large condo. There were nine of us and we had plenty of space. It is very well equipped, just like home. It's so conveniently located to everything. It's a short walk to the boardwalk, rides and arcades. There are places to fish within walking distance. The Catholic church is three blocks away. There is a market / small grocery store close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. There's even a park where there is live music in the evening. My grandchildren love it and so do I.

Plenty of space for 3 families. 2 families with children. Close to the beach and boardwalk. We could walk to everything we needed. Food, fun, beach, boardwalk, rides, and ice cream. Could use a up grade on pots and pans, and some extra coffee cups.
