Dit enorme luxe designer-gemeubileerde herenhuis ligt aan zee en op korte loopafstand van het strand. Deze eigenschap slaapt 14 en heeft een zwembad dat wordt gedeeld door een kleine gemeenschap. Dit apparaat ligt op loopafstand van vele bars en restaurants. De community ligt naast Nick's Original House of Ribs en Ponzetti's Pizza. Gelegen in Noord-Ocean City nabij de lijn van Delaware, is de eenheid centraal gelegen tussen de stranden van Delaware en Downtown Ocean City. The property was very nice, although the owner needs to update his website and information. There was a different bedroom configuration, different from the one on the website, so we had to go out and purchase double bed sheets at the last minute. This was very inconvenient and costly. Also, there was two TV's in the bedrooms that did not work. The neighbors were playing music until 2:00 am. We had two small children and it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

The location was wonderful. The place was pretty modern and well equipped. Great for kids and grandkids. Only negative was the garage door openers need some work and be prepared to hoof a lot of stairs during your stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Luxury Ocean Block Townhouse! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth with kids and beach gear. The townhouse itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, comfortably accommodating our large group of 14.

Not ideal

The location was great but it was difficult to find. The kitchen table had smudges and food stuck on it. The kitchen floor also had spots that were not cleaned up. Only the tv in the living area worked. There was a large spider web in the bathroom and when we pulled out the sleep sofa there was all kinds of crumbs hair bands and other debris. The refrigerator also had melted ice cream bits in the freezer. I would have liked to give a better rating but I just can't. Also in the info it stated one of the bedrooms had a double and 2 twins. Turned out it was two doubles. So when you have single people it makes a difference for sleeping arrangements and the type of sheets you need to order. We will not be staying here again.

North Ocean City Condo

The condo in North Ocean City was very comfortable for our large group. Easy access to a lovely beach was fantastic. My biggest frustration was not unique to this condo but to all rental properties on the MD Eastern Shore and Delaware where they don't provide linens and (as we found out late) pillows. This is an extra hassle and expense that I have not run into in other parts of the country.

Great location!

We loved this town house. The location is great..short walk to beach, restaurants, golf, etc. The pictures dont do it justice. Its bigger than we thought it would be and was well stocked. The only issue we had was our Taho was a tight fit in the garage but we made it. Also, lots of stairs. The young ones didnt have a problem. Lol We all are in agreement that we would love to go back next summer if it is available. Thanks for a fun week.

This unit was multilevel so kids of different ages could be sleeping on different levels - this really helped to accommodate afternoon rest times and different bedtimes n The location is great - north ocean city is a great place to stay - not very crowded on beach. The owner was super responsive - all questions answered promptly - very pleasant to work with both before and during vacation.

Family Vacation

Location to beach was a quick three minute walk. Plenty of space for all of my family members. We also spent some time in the pool, which was great with our three infant, one toddler, grandchildren. Plenty of attractions to walk to, including places to eat. For the most part the condo was clean, although I do not think the kitchen floor has been mopped lately. If you’re a light sleeper you can hear traffic at night. We were glad that the balconies were facing the way they were, no direct sunlight, there was always shade with a slight breeze, which made it very nice to enjoy sitting out there.

2022 OC Vacation

Property was ready upon our arrival. Cleaner’s did an excellent job readying the property as they said it was very, very messy from the last renters. Excellent location for families. Local attractions are conveniently accessible. Beach access is very convenient and the pool was very inviting.
