 Ons appartement is volledig gerenoveerd en ALLES is gloednieuw 2016.
Alle nieuwe verf, nieuwe vloeren, nieuwe badkamers, nieuwe keuken. Alles is nieuw! We hebben de plek leeggehaald en alles gerenoveerd. Kijk maar naar de foto's !!!
Gelegen aan een gracht met een enorm balkon om te genieten van koffie in de ochtend of diner in de avond op het water.
Alles is met in 2 blokken loopafstand. CVS, Food Lion, WAWA, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11, Crabcake Factory, Green Turtle en nog veel meer.
Geweldig vuurwerk elke zondagavond vanaf het balkon. Prachtige zonsondergangen en zonsopgang uitzicht ook. Deze plaats heeft alles wat je ooit nodig zult hebben.
Je zult helemaal niet teleurgesteld zijn.
Boek in de winter voor een leuk weekend weg met een gezellige open haard.
Je kunt op het grote balkon zijn en de baai en de oceaan zien of op het balkonpad lopen en de kinderen zien spelen in het zwembad ... Een groot pluspunt

The condo was perfect! Clean, quiet, and updated. My family kept commenting on how perfect the location was. Nice view and an easy walk to the beach. Very conveniently located next to CVS,Wawa, and a Dunkin’. My family also said they’d stay there again next year.

Perfect for a friend group or a family getaway!

My group was pleasantly surprised by this place! The balcony was an amazing addition. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to cook at home! The beds were super comfy. The host is extremely nice and responsive! I would highly recommend this spot if you are going on a weekend trip or even a week long trip with your family. It is a little further from the boardwalk but is worth it. It is such a close walk to the grocery store and other shops- amazing! I have nothing bad to say.

Place and Location were Excellent

We had a great stay here. We’ve been coming to OCMD for about 10 years, and this was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. Location was excellent. So many things in walking distance, including the beach. The balcony was large and peaceful to just sit outside and look at the nice views of the canal and bay. The place is also spacious with plenty of seating and fun decor. We would highly recommend.

The best place I’ve ever stayed

My friends and I had THEE BEST time at this location. The coffee in the morning on the balcony to the pool to the people. Overall GREAT stay. I’m actually looking for future dates so I can go back! Check in and out was so easy. Ugh, if you’re looking for a place to stay, hands down pick this one.

Beach & Bay Beauty!

What a wonderful location for a girls trip getaway! We enjoyed not having to drive to a beach and the pool was a win when the ocean was too rough. Close to plenty and far enough from the boardwalk that it was relaxing and calm. The deck out back was a highlight for watching boaters, feeding ducks & watching sunsets. The condo was clean and, seemingly, well decorated. We think, the most decorated of all places we've stayed! I did find it odd that there wasn't information on the area/what's expected of us/welcome packet upon arrival. Plenty of sleeping areas (sleeps 6 comfortably, pull out couch would not be considered comfortable). The outdoor chairs made for good indoor seating at the dining table in a pinch. Great stocked cabinets for cooking. Ice maker in fridge was a plus. The bathroom in the master bedroom can use a new wax ring. We were calling that toilet the roller coaster ride. We did feel like the lighting in the living room was a bit dark and could've used more seating as opposed to the beautiful décor. Also, the guest rooms could use less décor so you can place a suitcase on the tops of the dressers. It's pretty, but less functional. These are all things that wouldn't deter me from booking/coming back, but could be an easy fix to push the condo from great to excellent! Thank you for a great stay!!

Loved it!

Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a great stay. Close to all amenities--tons of activities. If you're lucky enough to be there for the Sunday night fireworks, you've got a front row seat on the balcony. We will definitely stay again!

A hidden gem on the north end

This was our first time staying on the north end (off of the board walk) for a few nights on our way in. The owners were very attentive and responsive. The unit was clean and offered a nice distance between the two bedrooms. The pool was warm and it was just a short walk to the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Waterfront Condo

Beautiful and spacious! We loved that it had two tv’s since we had teenagers and it rained (being stuck inside, it helped with boredom ha!) It was convenient that it had dishes, and a full size refrigerator. We will definitely book again!

Postives: -nice area of Ocean City (esp if you want a more sleepy or quiet section of housing). Plenty to do and eat immediately close by. -Good beach parking access nearby. -good communication with manager -Bedrooms pretty nice -Kitchen nice -Good pool Negatives: -Not enough seating in living area -Not enough lighting -Sliding doors didn't work well (master barely budged) -Dining table listed as seating 6, but barely being able to handle 4. -other minor annoyances like bathroom drain plug not working, and Master AC vent constantly rattling.

Ocean city for mom

My brother and I took our mom on a little ocean city trip because she misses going with my late dad. The condo was clean and quiet. It was wheelchair accessible and Randy was a wonderful gentleman to work with. I highly recommend!

Nice Place

The location on the 3rd floor is good to watch fireworks and boats go down the water. Building with the swimming pool is front is nice. Used shopping charts to bring up goods from car. NEED to have OVEN cleaned, it was very dirty. Sceen door to outside is difficult to open. Its rusty on the bottom, maybe some cleaning would help. Inside living room with nautical theme is cool. Sofa is low, maybe could use a harded covered one. Future renters should bring some cooking supplies, bathroom supplies and linens. ALL in ALL a good choice to rent and use. I would say the place is about 8 of 10, but given cost of beaches hotels in the area, its a very good place to be.
