This oceanfront building is only a few blocks away from the Route 90 bridge for easy access, and it's convenient to a number of great restaurants including Fager's Island, Macky's and Rosenfelds and just a quick drive to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the primary bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a double bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Property rents Saturday - Saturday.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
