Both Bedrooms have a Queen-Size Bed and an in-suite Full Bathroom. There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two.



The Living Room and Master Bedroom have a TV with DirecTV Cable access. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, a Coffee Machine w/Supplies, etc.



Sheets/linens, bath towels, blankets & pillows, ARE provided. Beach Towels are NOT provided.



The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.



You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And there is a large seasonal (Memorial Day Weekend until Mid-End of September) community swimming pool and sunbathing area in this complex.



The Condo is directly on the lagoon that leads to the Bay (perfect for crabbing and fishing) and only one block from the Beach!!



Someone will always be available 24/7 by messaging through the Airbnb App to help.



Quiet, family‑oriented beach town with lots to do. Many guests use a car for exploring the area and neighboring towns (West Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Bethany, Rehoboth) and grocery runs. Rideshare/taxi service is available but can be limited seasonally; Town Bus runs year-round. Bicycle and pedestrian routes exist but expect car crossings on Coastal Highway. Summer parking rules: on‑street permits/paid parking active mid‑May through mid‑September; check town site for current rules.

- This Condo is on the 2nd Floor but has both elevator and stairs access.
