Oceanfront Condo - Great Midtown locatie

Direct oceaan-eenheid in de oceaan gebouw aan Atlantic Ave. Geniet van de prive-sfeer van de oceaan balkon met een trap naar beneden naar het zand. Let op uw kinderen spelen in het zand, terwijl je je 's ochtends koffie te drinken. Loop dan door de duinen kruising voor uw strand avontuur. Mooi ingerichte meubels maakt in deze mooie drie slaapkamer appartement de perfecte plek voor uw familie vakantie. Het privé-buitenzwembad (open Memorial Day t / m Sun Fest), dat veel middagzon opmerkt, ligt op slechts een paar stappen verderop in de gang van de deur van uw unit. Twee toegewezen gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen zijn gunstig gelegen in het condominium parkeerplaats. Er zijn vele restaurants binnen een paar blokken van de flat. Fager's Island, Dead Freddies, Five Guys, The Bonfire, Mackey's, Bad Monkey en OC Brew Pub om er maar een paar te noemen, met honderden andere menu-diners, AUCE en fastfoodrestaurants, evenals de Boardwalk op slechts een korte afstand.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Owners made booking very easy & were great at communicating check in & visit info. The condo was clean, spacious & very comfortable for our family of five. The location was fantastic. We all loved being able to walk right off the patio and onto the beach- less than two minutes to the water. The patio was a great place to sit & listen to the waves. There are fun restaurants and entertainment options that are in easy walking distance.. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was as pictured and perfect for my family. First floor made for easy access to the pool and beach. The balcony was perfect to hang out on at night. Dave and barb were easy to work with and responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Would happily stay here again.

Spacious condo right on beach. It is a first floor unit so you can’t see the beach but you can hear the waves and utilize the space right off deck We hung out there every night as well as the beach. Great having beach so close just a quick 1 minute walk to the water.

What a beautiful week we had at this Condo! The location is amazing does not get any better then right on the beach. So many places within walking distance and its in the heart of O.C. so if you can't walk it's a short drive. The condo was super clean and big enough for our family without feeling on top of each other. The owners Dave and Barb were very easy to work with. We can't wait to come back next year!

This was the perfect rental for our family's beach vacation. Right on the Ocean City beach, this condo was well stocked, very clean, and provided great access to the beach. We'll definitely be looking to schedule a return trip!

Location is fabulous. Just steps from the beach. Unit had everything we needed from beach chairs/toys to kitchen utensils/appliances. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. There is not a pantry for food that you buy or bring with you and all of the cabinets are pretty full. We had a great stay and would likely return; but would bring lots of clorox wipes because the only downside is the cleanliness. Owner told us the previous renters were particularly messy and the cleaning crew was there longer than usual? We found abandoned personal items under a bed, the sofa, and a dresser - used face masks, clothing, etc that was a clear indication that the unit had not been cleaned thoroughly; which was unsettling with corona virus outbreak. There was sand all in the carpet, on top of the couch and piles of sand under the couch cushions - where the pull out couch is. If you're willing to clean the place when you arrive, it's a great location, with a nice owner, and a nicely appointed unit!

The property is great located right on the beach. We prepared and ate all of our meals in the condo so we would not have to dine in at any restaurants. It was disappointing that the pool was closed but understandable given the circumstances. Otherwise it was great.

I was very disappointed that we could not use the pool. I know these are unprecedented times with Coronavirus, but I also know there were other pools in OC that were open. I chose to stay here because of location and pool. Very well equipped kitchen and overall nice place. Had trouble with the TV in two bedrooms

Perfect spot! 1st floor and step right out to the sand! Quiet area yet only minutes from all the action! I would stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the beach. The private beach outside our unit was perfect for our little ones. The only thing we disliked was the 4 page inventory sheet we were expected to complete. We felt it to be unnecessary and a waste of time. We look forward to renting again in the near future. Everything went very well. Condo was neat and very clean, containing everything needed. Even though one couldn’t see the water on the other side of the dunes, there was a nice deck and sandy area. It was easy to drop stuff off on the deck and then go around to rinse feet and go to main entry.

First time staying mid-town. Steps from the beach was perfect for our family. Well maintained and a fully equipped kitchen. Pool was a plus. So nice we wanted to stay another week. Owners were great to work with. Will recommend to others.
