Welcome aboard! Step in and set sail on your vacation as ocean views hit you before you can find the light switch. Perched on the 9th floor this oceanfront studio feels like a cruise ship stateroom but w/ direct beach access. After taking in the view, head down to the beach to enjoy:

- Surfing & Paddle Boarding direct beach access makes moving gear easier
- Sunbathing on the wide shoreline
- Kite Flying & Volleyball with plenty of space
- Or simply relaxing to the sound of the waves

- Located in a quiet family friendly community with a shared pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. There is an outdoor shower and restroom by the pool.

- After sunset, grab a drink, turn on the electric fireplace, and catch a movie on the 50" Roku enabled Smart TV. TV is BYOL (bring your own login)
- Kitchen - Ideal for beach stays and short getaways, the kitchenette includes a compact fridge with freezer, essentials for cooking, perfect for drinks, snacks, and easy meals.

- Parking: Convenient on-site parking is $50/week or $20/day per car from May 15–Oct 15. Please note pricing and dates may vary as set by HOA and parking lot is free outside of these dates.
- Entire unit will be accessed via a key code on a smart lock. Guests are assigned an access code that activates at check in and deactivates at check out.
Linens & towels included: Beds made with sheets, pillowcases, and comforters. 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth provided per guest.
Beach towels: BYOBT (bring your own beach towel) Beach towels are not included so be sure to pack your favorite.
- Laundry: Coin-operated community laundry available March–November (dates may vary as set by HOA)
Free street parking is also available on 112th street (first come, first serve) which can be used instead of the parking lot.
- Trash: Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor.
- Pets: Allowed for owners only, not for guests per HOA guidelines. You could see or hear pets during your stay. While staying here I have seen several pets but have yet to hear one.

In July 2025, the HOA conducted precautionary water quality testing as part of health protocols. No guests in this building were affected as confirmed by the Worcester County Health Department.
