Perched on the 9th floor, the unit offers seemingly endless views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Just steps from the sand, you can spend your days reading, sunbathing, surfing, paddle boarding, kiting, or simply listening to the crashing waves.

No groups under 25 y/o per HOA requirements
Linens & Towels included:
- Beds made with sheets, pillowcases, comforters
- Bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per registered guest
* Beach towels: BYOBT (Bring your own beach towel) Beach towels are not included so be sure to pack your favorite. We're hoping to offer them in the future.

Laundry: There is a coin operated community laundry space (open March - November)
Parking: From May 15–Oct 15, on-site parking requires a $50/week or $20/day fee per car (max 2). Outside these dates it's free. Pricing and dates are set by building management and may change at their discretion. Free street parking is also available along Coastal Highway on a first come, first serve basis.
Trash: Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor.
