If you're staying in the cooler spring or fall months, you'll enjoy the gas fireplace in the family room! There are a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit, along with cable TV and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. This condo is located on the third floor. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
