When you enter this wide-open Condo and be WOW’ed by the open floor plan with a view right to the Canal out back! It features a cozy living space, and an updated Kitchen, well equipped for the nights you just want to stay in and cook. The countertops provide plenty of space and are also home to seating for 3 at the Breakfast Bar. Wander into the Living Area and relax in front of the large Smart TV, where you can stream your favorite shows and relax in the AC after a fun-filled day at the beach or the seasonal community outdoor pool, located right outside your front door. Evenings are total bliss sitting on the Private Balcony directly overlooking the Canal.

When you are ready to turn in, just go up the spiral staircase to the 2nd level where you will find the Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. The Loft is home to 2 cozy Queen Beds, as well. The family can settle in for the night, stream a movie on the Smart TV, and wake up refreshed and ready for another day of fun in Ocean City! There is also a Washer and Dryer upstairs for your convenience.
