Pet Friendly North Ocean City 2 bedroom condo,1 bathroom condo - just 3 blocks to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the peaceful North Ocean City location (143rd St.) but still be close to everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants and more. You'll enjoy high speed internet/wifi and central air conditioning in this great condo. You can also bring 2 of your furry friends to the beach! Both bedrooms have a queen sized bed and there is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. All TVS are smart TVS so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (logging in with your own credentials). This condo is located on the first floor and includes a washer and dryer along with one assigned parking spot. However, this is typically plenty of free street parking available nearby.

**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $104.95. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this condo.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
