The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $65 Cash or Credit and includes 1 Parking Permit, additional spaces MAY be available upon arrival with an additional fee.. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage..
Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed. Building is 100% Smoke-Free, balconies included.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
