The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $75 Cash or Credit and includes 1 Parking Permit, additional spaces MAY be available upon arrival with an additional fee.. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage.

Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed.
Building is 100% Smoke-Free, balconies included.

Located in the very popular oceanfront condominium building, Sea Watch, that is known for its direct private beach access and many amenities, including: three swimming pools (outdoor, outdoor kiddie, and heated indoor), fitness room, sauna, complimentary movie theater, huge arcade/game room, and pizza/sub/snack/ice cream/soda shop within the building. Also, outdoor playground, basketball, tennis, volleyball and pickle-ball courts, and a beautifully landscaped center courtyard. There are six elevators and a 24-hr guarded parking garage.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
