  • Onze 3 slaapkamers 2 1/2 bad stadshuis handig om alle van Ocean City en blok van het strand. Ontspan en geniet van ons huis dat dicht bij veel van de bezienswaardigheden van Ocean City ligt. Van de wereldberoemde Boardwalk & Thrasher's Fries tot het zonnebaden op het gratis strand, je kunt nooit genoeg dingen doen om te doen. Loop rechts de voordeur uit naar de nieuwe Mid-Town Boardwalk & de Dough Roller en ga vervolgens naast de deur om midgetgolf te spelen. Wij bieden de meeste voorzieningen van uw eigen huis, waaronder een koffiezetapparaat, strijkplank, haardrogers, strandspullen, comfortabele bedden en vele andere extra's !!! Keuken is uitgerust met graniet en roestvrijstalen apparaten, broodrooster en magnetron, kookgerei en keukengerei. Er zijn tv's in elke slaapkamer, een tv met groot scherm in de familiekamer, bordspellen en films. Ook is er een grote capaciteit wasmachine en droger boven waar de slaapkamers zich bevinden. Neem je laptop mee, want we hebben draadloos !! Elke slaapkamer is uitgerust met een plafondventilator, tv, kabel, dvd, videorecorder en inloopkast. Our stay was better than expected with our rental! The home was beautiful and a perfect spot for friends and family as the walk to the beach and bay are both a 2 minute walk. The home fit 6 people perfectly and had plenty of room to lounge around. The check in was as simple as it could be! Definitely recommend this listing for a perfect beach get away!

2024 family vacation

This was our second time staying here. The place is a perfect spot- close to the beach, bars, restaurants and mini golf. Owners are very responsive. We look forward to retuning next year!!!

Great stay but bring your own beach equipment

Great stay overall my only complaint is some of the the beach equipment was rusty. I also found wet socks/other clothing in the beach equipment. The house was in a great location. It was clean inside and the rooms were perfect.

Let me start by saying the location is excellent, the property is exactly as described. It’s a beautiful condominium, and overall we enjoyed our stay. I’m not sure if we interrupted the cleaning service or if they didn’t have time to finish before we checked in for the day, but there was a lot of sand and debris on the floors when we first checked in that we swept up, and there was a fruit fly issue throughout the entire condominium. I did notify the property owner and he was responsive and apologized about the fruit flies. I think we just had some bad luck on this trip as two of the TVs did not function and we were stuck inside for two days with little kids, which was difficult to keep them entertained due to rain outside. The toilet seat upstairs was completely off the hinges so I’m not sure how the cleaning service did not notice it, but they did arrive to fix that, and they did come to check out the TVs. I think we just got bad luck on this trip from perhaps the people who had the condominium before us not taking the best care of it. The owner tried to do what he could to accommodate us, and the place is very nice and the location is excellent. I would recommend this condominium to people, as I said I think we just had some misfortune during our stay, but the place is very nice and the owner was very responsive when I messaged him.

We loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do. The condo had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable and homey.So key points for future renters...•3 different directions on where to leave linens upon departure (in garage/on front stoop/where we found them) the last os ultimately where we left them.•Beach gear is limited. Ultimately we had to buy an umbrella because it was broken. Chairs are low seating, not bad just for reference. If your older could be difficult to get out of. If you have little kids nothing really for them to play with.•Owner should have someone checking between tenants...dishwasher was full of dishes (clean) but rental paper work says to put away. Garbage bin in garage was full of garbage and ashes about 4 smaller bags and one big one which was open and 1/2 spilled. When I notified owner he asked me to dump it with our trash.Again, overall we really liked the townhouse but I should have been more vigilant about checking everything when we first got there.

An Absolute Joy!

Without question will I come back here to stay. The owners ado over and above. You don’t have to be beach front or bayside….you are right in the middle of all amenities and it’s literally a short walk to the beach…like honestly, if you forget something or want to go back and make lunch, no big deal! They have a bayside pier with a beautiful sunset…it’s the best of both worlds. I’d say this…for a family it’s just perfect! We absolutely loved this home! It was a good vibe walking in and a great feeling walking out knowing how great of iof a good time we had.

The location was excellent.

I appreciated having all of the beach equipment available to us during our stay. The upstairs bedroom size and layout was better than expected. The downstairs layout and size was smaller than I expected.

Great roomy place

Me, my husband, and our 7 year old boy stayed here for six nights. The location is perfect, one block to the beach and many things nearby like mini golf, restaurants and market. The house was pretty clean overall and decorated really cute. The linen rental is a great idea, we didn't need it but still good to have! The air works great was nice and cool entire time, everything in updated working order like the appliances showers, sinks, etc. I only have two complaints: 1. The main entrance through the garage door into the kitchen door is convenient, but the actual kitchen door into the house doesn't fully shut or lock... The handle has been fixed that way. This makes the house very prone to bugs that we were swatting the whole time... Flies, fruit flies. 2. The remote controls were extremely difficult to figure out to work the tv and cable. Each room has at least two remotes, some of which didn't work even after batteries being changed. All the remotes are different so once you figure it out in one room, you have to figure it out differently in the next room. I hope they can simplify this process in the future because it was quite time consuming and, with a kid, you really need the tv to work easily. Overall nice place and owners very quick getting back to me when I had questions.
