Spectacular Midtown Condo. Foozball! Linens Provided!!

Your family will have a great time when you stay at this newly renovated, centrally-located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3rd floor walk-up condo that sleeps 6, with plenty of parking, next to the Ocean City Convention Center on Coastal Highway and 37th Street as well as close to favorite bars and restaurants open all year like Seacrets, Coconuts Bar and Shotties.

In addition to providing clean, freshly laundered linens and towels, we also wash the bed quilts between each guest. I was surprised to find out that short term rental property managers only wash blankets when they are visibly dirty, which is why I choose to self manage my property and clean it the way I would like it to be cleaned for my own family. We wash all of the bed items, including blankets, between every guest.

The Space:
Walking into the condo you will see bedrooms on either side of the hallway. On the right is the first bedroom with a King sized bed, a 55" flat screen smart TV, and a private, newly renovated, bathroom. On the left is the second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a 40" flat screen smart TV. You will also find games, extra linens and towels in the large closet in this room.

Further down the hallway, you will find the newly renovated full bathroom with a tub. There are plenty of hooks in both bathrooms to hang up wet towels and bathing suits in between trips to the pool and the beach.

Next you will walk into the large living room, dining room, kitchen, and game area. The kitchen is brand new, renovated in 2022, with all new appliances. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and all the cookware you need to cook up plenty of delicious meals while on vacation. There are 4 bar stools for kitchen seating. There is a large dining table with seating for 6 as well. The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a queen sized bed, and a loveseat, both facing a large 55" flat screen TV. Next to the living area is a game area with a brand new foosball table that promises loads of fun in the home when relaxing from your big adventures.

Spectacular bay views from the balcony and ocean views from the front porch. A perfect location just minutes from the sandy beach.

In the summer season, the condominium has a large swimming pool shared by all the condos with plenty of space to swim and watch the boats on the bay. The bay has weekly slip rentals that you can rent separately, information provided by request. They are first come first serve for guests.

The Neighborhood:
In this part of Ocean City (37th Street), not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need.

Other Things to Note:
Please review all of the house rules prior to booking.

Maximum amount of guests is 6. Maximum amount of adults is 4.

Top bunk minimum age is 6 years and maximum weight is 160 lbs.

Guests are responsible to bring their own beach towels. Items, such as linens, towels, games, and cooking utensils, provided in the condo should not leave the property.

No items are allowed to be hung over the porch railings and no sitting or leaning on the railings. There are plenty of hooks in and outside of the condo to hang wet towels and bathing suits. There is also a clothes drying rack provided for more hanging space. There is seating on the porch and inside the condo.
