Slip out to one of the balconies where you can take in the beauty of both the Beach and the Bay as you start your day with a cup of coffee watching the sun come up, or in the still of the night with a nice glass of your favorite wine while watching the moon dance in the surf.

With 3 Bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the Living Area, this home sleeps 8 adults and 1 child comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and is flooded with natural lighting from the 2 large sliding doors helping to start each day with breathtaking views of the Ocean and the Bay. There is also a Flat Screen TV for your enjoyment, and a private Master Bath with a beautiful, custom walk-in shower. With access to the balcony, it’s easy to slip out for a little “me time” after everyone else has drifted off to sleep.

Just past the Kitchen and Dining Area, there is a convenient and thoughtfully placed built-in desk, perfect for catching up on some work before heading out to enjoy the town. Next to this area is Bedroom 2. Comfortably sleeping 2 with a lovely Queen bed, the warm tones of the sun and beautiful bay views from the balcony of this beautiful room will have you perfectly relaxed and sleeping like a baby. Just down the Hall, between Bedrooms 2 and 3, and also convenient to the Living Area, is the laundry room and the 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 3 at the end of the hall, near the entry, is a serene escape that will comfortably sleep up to 3 with stunning views, a Flat Screen TV and a Full and Twin bed.
