Minor problems
Was a little disappointed, outside shower did not work,refrigerator leaked water and when we made Vacasa aware there was nothing done about it. would have thought with all the sand from the beach that a outdoor shower with be a priority. Just a inconvenience with the children.

We were very happy with the house where is located amount of bathrooms and the size of the house along with the garage. We will stay there again.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the property
Although this location was in an ideal spot with great amenities in the clubhouse, the home itself was not clean and not updated. The pictures online did not match the actual property. We did not have enough beds for the people staying in the property because the description was inaccurate. Overall, OCMD was amazing but our stay in this home was less than ideal.

One of the best!
We totally enjoyed our stay, we had a family of 11 and there was more than enough room. Clean, spacious and just overall a really nice home away from home. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home on Sunset Island
If you stay anywhere in Ocean City, MD. It should be on Sunset Island. Beautifully maintained private neighborhood. I reviewed several of the listing for this community and we were very impressed with all of the furnishings for this house. The rooms were not overcrowded and everything worked well in the home. We will be back.

Fantastic
This, as other Sunset Island past vacations, was fantastic... even the weather cooperated nicely. This specific property was large, clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the up-to-date amenities. It is comfortably close to all the Ocean City and Rehobeth action, without the boardwalk noise and undesired activity. Our large family got lots of use at the on-site pools (rain AND shine) and happily made the short 10 minute trek to a great beach. We loved it and will likely stay again in the same unit in future years!!

Roomy, beautiful, great family vacation home
The house was a great place for a large family. There were a few minor imperfections of the place. Also bed size descriptions and counts were off. So we had to accomadate new sleeping arrangements. Overall, a beautiful house.

Absolutley BEAUTIFUL home!
My family and I stayed in this breath taking home at the end of summer for my birthday. The house was amazing! Eat off the floors kind of clean and the decorations were so warm and inviting. The house was a lot bigger than what we thought, but it was so nice that everyone had their privacy and basically, own level of the house!! We enjoyed playing the games we found in the living room all week long!! The "resort" itself is worth speaking of as well. We felt as if we didn't need to leave for anything! Food and drinks by the pool were great as well as the iced coffee we enjoyed every morning from the little market. I've been to ocean city almost every summer since I was a kid and never have been so pleased with a place we chose for our vacation. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with a family/kids of any age looking to stay in OCM!

Fabulous Location
There were 11 of us and the house was the perfect size. Everyone had a bed, it was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was in a great location to stores, boat/jet ski rentals, restaurants and the beach! Sunset Island was an absolutely lovely community. The gym was great, yoga on the beach and lovely evening strolls.
