    Dit is een appartement met 1 slaapkamer, 1 badkamer voor 4 personen. U hoeft niet te rijden, u bevindt zich op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand en restaurants, minigolf en andere gezinsactiviteiten. Nieuw gerenoveerd appartement met nieuwe keuken, nieuwe badkamer verse verf etc. Slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed. Woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank TV w / kabel Gratis internet. Inclusief wasmachine / droger, grote koelkast, nieuw fornuis, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, servies, bestek glazen, potten en pannen. Er zijn absoluut geen huisdieren en niet roken toegestaan. Dit is een privébezit. U bent verplicht om uw eigen linnengoed mee te nemen. Je moet ouder zijn dan 25 om te huren.

We have stayed here multiple times in the last several years. We love the location and cleanliness of the condo. Easy beach access with lots of food and activities within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Just as described

We wanted a place that was close to the beach and also not far from stuff to do. It was very close to the beach and is also in the middle of getting to things downtown but also towards north OC. You can hear traffic as this is a first floor but with the air-conditioner running it was not bad. All the amenities were provided. Will be stayjng here again!

Nice, Convenient and Clean

We enjoyed the condo. It was well supplied with all we needed and very clean. It was convenient to the beach...steps away, restaurants and shopping. It would've been better if it were quieter inside the condo. Coastal Highway is literally one sidewalk away making it way too noisy day and night. All in all, except for the noise, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice weekend stay

The condo was ideally located—within walking distance to many restaurants and other activities. Also it is only a short walk to the beach. The condo is very tastefully decorated with modern updates. The only reason for an overall 4 star rating is because the unit is located on the first floor within steps of coastal highway so the traffic noise is constant. Therefore, if you are a light sleeper the noise may be an issue. In addition the AC units are very loud as well. But a pleasant stay nevertheless. Owners are very responsive too.

Be ware of the fine print.

The hallway into the place smelled like cat pee and I have four cats, so it smelled like a liter box. The bed was advertised as a queen bed and I know for a fact it was a full not queen. I misread and assumed that a vacation place would have have pillows sheets and towels, but it didn’t and I had to spend more money to purchase those items. The queen size sheets weee much to big for the full mattress that was mid advertised. The air conditioner in the living room was useless it faced a wall in the front corner of the room. The sound of Coastal highway went all night long. The people who rented were pretty much sucks to be you and did not offer any compromise. It was supposed to sleep four but the other father and son saw the place and went elsewhere. Leaving me with the whole bill versus the split that we agreed upon. I contacted VBO and they just said the people have a no cancellation policy which make sense now that I stayed there. I placed VBO and the response of the owner to a social media page for Travel baseball so that whenever any team plans a trip to play in the Tournament they will be aware and not use either one. I have taken other actions to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I have used another company and VRBo for my kids sports trips for years and for now on VRBO is not an option. It was by far the worst experience I have had. I will be posting on Yelp also to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

Although it says linens are not provided, please note there are no pillows as pictured in the listing as well. This is not a walkable location for anything on Ocean City Boardwalk. It is beach adjacent, but not on the beach. Host was quick to respond, but when I was panicking about not having linens for our honeymoonn since I misread the listing the host wanted to charge us over 300 to provide the basic necessities, luckily there is a linen rental company that provided the necessary items for 3 days for 80. Also there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so we ran the dishwasher.

My trip was great. The property manager was easy to reach with any questions. This place is very nice, and updated. Love the kitchen. Shower is also beautiful. Just a few steps away from the beach so that was great. We had to go by pillows and sheets though so that was a bit of an inconvenience but everything else was great. Plenty of storage space and toiletries. I would highly recommend this spot. Thanks again for having me.

Short stay

We were happy to find a 1 bedroom close to the beach that had availability during the week. The unit was spacious, clean with an updated interior. The check in process to obtain an access code was less than desirable. It was close to 5:00 before we could get in however the landlord was very apologetic and resolved the issue quickly. The only request would be to supply basic toilet paper in the unit for guests.

Clean & updated with great proximity to beach and activities

This little apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway! So close to the beach, and easy walk or bus ride to restaurants and activities. Very clean and updated, the kitchen is spacious and great for bringing your own snacks and food so you don’t have to spend all your money in restaurants.

Updated condo steps away from beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a short trip for our anniversary. We had a little trouble checking in because the door code wasn’t working, but with a quick text to the property opener about our issue, we were immediately texted a new door code. Upon entering, we saw that the condo was super clean and very updated with stylish furniture and appliances. The beach was extremely close- about a 2 minute walk, if that. The property is located close to many restaurants, shops, and amenities but it’s also on a very busy street corner. During the day, it is of no consequence, but at night it does get a little distracting. There are hordes of young people making noise at the corner waiting to cross, and the timer for the crosswalk can be heard even in the condo. That being said, it was something that we accepted (the a/c drowned out some of the noise)- especially with how close the beach was to us, and how nice the condo was. It was overall a great vacation! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean with good pricing

The location is good, aside from the traffic noises. We left the air units on to down the noise. Amenities all updated and very clean, but garbage disposal did have an odor. Our daughter tried the futon and was too hard for sleeping, the couch was a better option. Beautiful bathroom and kitchen, and just steps from the beach. Only downfall is the traffic noise at night and more comfortable furniture. Very responsive and communicative mangers as well!

Vacation Stay

Our stay at this location was great! Very spacious and clean room with very short walk right up to the beach. Nicely located to multiple food and entertainment locations. Would definitely book again.
