While the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom is nicely appointed with 2 double beds. Enjoy 4 TVs with cable and an internet connection during those lazy days. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace for picturesque relaxing. Your full size washer and dryer will allow you to pack less and keep those beach towels ready for the next outing. You will have two parking spaces for convenience. A large side balcony allows for viewing of sunrises as well as sunsets. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
