Volledig gerenoveerd!

Niet alleen een huurwoning, dit is ons gezinsstrand naar huis. We kunnen hier niet het hele jaar zijn, dus verwelkomen wij u als onze gast. Geniet op elk moment van het jaar van onze plek.

We bieden een eerste rij uitzicht op het vuurwerk (wekelijks en 4 juli), parkconcerten en het Winterfest of Lights!

Seas the Day is een volledig gerenoveerde unit met één slaapkamer in het Raffles-complex in North Ocean City met uitzicht op het prachtige Northside Park en de baai.

Ontspan op het overdekte privébalkon, maak een zonsondergangwandeling door het park, neem een ​​verfrissende duik in het nieuwe zwembad of maak een korte wandeling naar het strand. Hongerig, niet nodig om te koken, op slechts een paar stappen naar de beste eet!

Deze retraite heeft een slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een tweepersoonsbed. Daarnaast is er een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. De slaapkamer en woonkamer hebben verduisteringsgordijnen voor degenen die graag slapen. Geniet elke avond van de zonsondergang vanaf het grote privébalkon met uitzicht op het prachtige Northside Park en de baai. Het appartement heeft een stapel wasmachine / droger, en centrale verwarming / AC, maar gezien de Oost-West oriëntatie van de eenheid (en de ventilator aan het plafond in de woonkamer), wanneer de ramen en de schuifdeur open zijn, geniet van de zomerbries.

Onze eenheid is goed ingericht, of u nu voor een lang weekend of meerdere weken verblijft. Onze voorzieningen omvatten: een 46-inch flatscreen smart-tv met kabel in de woonkamer, een 32-inch flatscreen-tv met kabelzenders in de slaapkamer, WiFi in de unit, wasmachine en droger, en nieuwe vloeren om de zaken schoon en fris te houden. De keuken heeft grote apparaten, waaronder een nieuw fornuis, koelkast, vaatwasser en magnetron.

Ontspannende Uptown-activiteiten:

Je zult het geweldig vinden om op Northside Park te zijn, een geweldige plek om te wandelen, fietsen, rennen, vissen of een balletje te slaan. Northside Park biedt schilderachtige wandelpaden, een grote speeltuin, een fitnessruimte in de buitenlucht, een vis- en krabpier, een prachtig uitzicht op de baai en tal van leuke evenementen gedurende het hele jaar. Sundaes in the Park voor gratis plezier en livemuziek en vuurwerk! Als je voor 4 juli op bezoek bent, kun je direct naar het concert / vuurwerk lopen of kijken vanuit de privacy van je eigen kaartspel. Begin de vakantie met een weergave op de eerste rij van Winterfest of Lights. Deze locatie op het noordelijke eiland is geweldig!

Boardwalk of congrescentrum gebonden? Vang een korte rit op de handige OC-bus, een overdekte bushalte bevindt zich op de hoek.

We had a great stay at Raffles. The condo is located within walking distance of everything including the beach, Northside Park, the pier, kayaking, playground, mini golf, ice cream, and restaurants. Our kids had a blast!

Perfection

We enjoyed everything about our stay from the moment we opened the door. This home is comfy,clean and welcoming. Beautiful park view which we took advantage of. The park had an amazing concert and fireworks upon our arrival. We also used the playground and rented kayaks in the bay. The beach was an easy walk as well as several restaurant's, shopping , putt putt and ice cream! We were very happy and the location is perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with my family! We made beautiful life long memories! We hope to stay again!

Nice beach vacation

Well-maintained condo with great location in North Ocean City. One flight of stairs walk-up. Easy walk to beach, grocery store and a few casual restaurants; quick drive on Coastal Highway to anywhere else. Amenities (central A/C, full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit) and swimming pool on property outstanding for area. Park/track behind the condo complex is also nice. Owners communicate clearly & well. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a nice week.

Best place in OC!

Chad and Nicole have a lovely place and they are great hosts. The Sundays in the park are always a great way to start the week. The location is perfect and the kids always enjoy the beaches, the pool and all the ice cream places within walking distance :) a perfect end to the summer!

Dance Nationals

This properly is amazingly maintained. The outside is plain, but we were very happily surprised upon stepping inside the condo! The ocean is a 5 min walk. The bay is a 10 min walk (the way we went at least). There is a grocery store and food witching a 2-5 min walk from the condo as well. The host was very responsive in any questions and very kind/courteous. If we go to Ocean City again, this will be where we are staying!

First VRBO and wonderful experience

I booked in the fall for our first time visiting OC for a Nationals dance competition for my 7 year old daughter. Lots of anxiety going into it, but as questions popped up about location, noise level, etc. Chad and Nicole were responsive to my messages even months before our stay. When we arrived check in was easy and quick and we even received an email while on the road that we could check in early if we were able! This condo was quiet and we had NO issues with noise level. Even on the Fourth of July! My daughter had 5am wake up calls for her dances and I never had to worry about her not getting enough sleep bc of the condos peaceful atmosphere. The pool was wonderful and in our down time my daughter made fast friends with other guests. Travel was easy as the condo was within walking distance to many things and a short drive from others. The park and pier was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again! One thing we would add is a toaster for breakfast time :) Thank you Chad and Nicole for letting us stay in your condo!

Clean and bright

We loved our stay! It was a short walk to the beach and there were so many restaurants nearby. The location was ideal for small children as we weren't in the heart of boardwalk chaos and my daughter loved having the pool as an option for swimming. We'll definitely visit again!

Awesome!!

We love staying at this condo. This is our second time and definitely the best place to stay at OC. The condo is clean, convenient (close to the beach and lots of yummy restaurants) and quiet. It is the perfect place for a family or a couple to get away. We looking forward to hopefully coming back next year!

Nice well maintained condo, great location!

This 2nd floor condo by the beach was well maintained and exceeded our expectations. The location was great! Just 2 blocks from the beach and the park-side view was nice. Always lots of activity and people watching. Saw a lot of softball games, and had the best seats on the deck to watch the fireworks on Sunday. Also walking distance to several restaurants, bars, grocery store, mini golf and ice cream. You literally don't have to get in your car once you arrive. The place was well appointed with basic supplies like laundry detergent, dish soap, salt, pepper, etc., as well as ample cookware and dishes. If I had to make one critique, the lighting could have been a little better. Overall great experience though!

Great location!

We always loved this location and the condo had everything needed. It was clean and we loved the high chairs on the balcony so you could see over the railing. Beds were very comfortable. Hope to get back again next year. The park is such a great place!

Great Location, Spotless Place!

My friend and I decided to take a last minute trip to OCMD mid-September. This place was perfect! The hosts were so accommodating, everything was up-to-date and spotless, and the washer/dryer was a definite plus! So many places to eat and drink within walking distance. Everything in the condo was easily accessible, and the hosts left directions and brochures which greatly helped us OCMD first-timers! I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Kudos to the super kind hosts!

The condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, two blocks to a lovely section of the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants. The kids loved the pool in the evenings.. I was also impressed at how quiet the condo was - we never heard any of the neighbors. We can’t wait to come back here again!

Great family location

I like being a little bit further from the center of town because it seems less crowded at the beaches. We did decide to drive down to the boardwalk vs busing it because with 2 little ones you have extra things like strollers. I suggest parking between 2nd and 4th (be prepared for a 20 min drive since this is on 127th st) which is closer to the kiddie rides. The condo is clean, the pool is warm and within walking distance to everything you need including restaurants which offer breakfast to dinner as well as an ice cream shop.

Amazing stay!

The condo was well equipped and very clean! Ample parking and great location. The pool was perfect. We were worried about making too much noise walking because the downstairs neighbor asked us to not have the children jump around because it’s too loud, but they were just walking. Just be aware of that with your children. We enjoyed our stay immensely and can’t wait until our next trip.

Relaxing Getaway

The condo was in great shape since it was recently renovated. The best part of the place is it’s location. It’s close to the beach and it’s not crowded like the area near the boardwalk. Also it backs up to the Northside park which is a hidden gem for evening strolls and a fishing/crab pier for watching the sunset. If you are looking for the action of the boardwalk I would recommend you look for a place closer to downtown. But if you are looking for a relaxing location with easy access to restaurants and beach close by then this is your place.

Just Perfect!

This was a very last minute spontaneous vacation that was much needed! Finding this condo was the icing on the cake! Being a survivor of a pretty bad case of covid in March and April, this opportunity to get away with my son and 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter was exactly what I needed. Anytime you go from critical care to a beach getaway it is definitely a win! Hope to go back later this year, or definitely next. Thank you for a lovely space and super easy method of reserving, checking in and checking out!

Nice condo, beautiful park

Everything was as advertised. Chad & Nicole were easy to contact. It was a short walk to the beach, there's plenty of dining options within an easy walk, and the Northside Park is right behind the condo. That was a great bonus. Recommend this condo.
