Charming Cottage by the Sea With Beautiful Views of the ICW

Welcome to "La Mer" (The Sea)! We look forward to hosting you and your family / friends at our little cottage by the sea. The ICW is great for fishing, watching the waves roll in or you can rent a boat at the nearby marina. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the front porch and listen to the ocean waves crashing on the shore of the Intercoastal Waterway.

A short distance to shopping, awesome restaurants and the beach, it is the perfect location for a relaxing beach getaway!
Our home has four bedrooms and two baths and can accommodate up to 10 people. All bedrooms and tastefully decorated with a beachy feel and come equipped with a smart tv.

Bedroom 1: Two twin beds
Bedroom 2: One queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds
Bedroom 4: Two queen beds

POLICIES -

- Linens and towels are not provided, but can be delivered (for an additional fee) or you can bring your own. If you would like to rent linens, please indicate such in your request to book.
- NO PETS of any kind
- NO SMOKING
- No events, parties or large gatherings (of more than 10 people)
- Quiet time starts promptly at 10pm as a courtesy to our neighbors

We reserve the right to terminate your stay at any time if any of the aforementioned policies are broken, including exceeding the maximum occupancy of 10 people. Must be at least 25 years old to book.

You will be responsible for any damage to the property or missing items caused by you or your guests during your stay.
