Nieuwe aanbieding in Islander Villa Community in Ocean Isle Beach, NC met volledig zicht op de oceaan. Weg van de drukte van de drukkere stranden, terwijl u toch toegang heeft tot tal van lokale restaurants, winkels, golfen, minigolf, vissteigers, winkels, concerten, speeltuinen, zip-lining, bootverhuur en andere activiteiten en prachtige eilandbewoners. Voorzieningen van de villa: zwembad, bubbelbad, kinderbad, tiki-bar, kleedkamers, restaurants aan de oceaan en tennis.

Er zijn meer dan 100 golfbanen in de omgeving en tal van gezinsvriendelijke restaurants en activiteiten, maar de sereniteit van de uitgestrekte witte zandstranden staan klaar om u en uw gezin te verwelkomen wanneer uw avontuurlijke geest een pauze nodig heeft. Misschien vind je jezelf zelfs zo gecharmeerd van de duizenden schelpen en prachtige golven dat je achterover leunt, ontspant en geniet van het prachtige, langzame strandleven waar we van houden op Ocean Isle Beach.

We bieden een volledig uitgeruste keuken met zowel een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat als alles wat u nodig heeft om zelf een maaltijd te bereiden. Een houtskoolgrill is ook beschikbaar voor uw favoriete grill-master om te gebruiken tijdens uw verblijf. (Geef uw eigen houtskool mee.)

Elke slaapkamer is een suite, met een complete badkamer en een tv met Roku:
- Slaapkamer 1 is een meester met een koning, een bubbelbad en dubbele wastafels
- Slaapkamer 2 is een andere meester met een koning en een complete badkamer
- Slaapkamers 3 en 4 hebben elk 2 tweepersoonsbedden met ligbad

Wij zijn een villa op de tweede rij zonder eenheid op de eerste rij vóór ons, waardoor u een perfect zicht heeft op de Atlantische Oceaan en de duinen. We zijn één gebouw tegenover het zwembad en Islander Clubhouse en hebben een groot overdekt terras met comfortabele zitplaatsen, zodat u kunt genieten van uw koffie in de ochtend terwijl u luistert naar oceaangolven of een rustige lunch terwijl een garnalenboot voorbij vaart.

We houden een pack-n-play en draagbare stoelverhoger bij de hand voor die kleinste reizigers.

Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn bij elke huur inbegrepen, maar breng indien nodig uw eigen strandlaken en wieg mee.

Er is parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar voor maximaal 4 auto's en wij zijn de eerste verdieping appartement met slechts een snelle trap of een korte lift rijden vanaf het parkeerniveau. Uw strandstoelen en zandspeelgoed kunnen worden opgeborgen in de berging A op het parkeerniveau - gebruik gerust de achtergelaten door anderen!

Very clean and very well stocked condo! On the first floor and within 125ft to a beach access. On a quiet road and are able to walk down with no problems! Beds were comfortable and place had a very at home feel to it. Property owner was very responsive every time we talked! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great place!

We chose this condo because of the proximity to friends' places in the same complex, and it was perfect for our family of four (with a few kid sleepovers too!) We loved the location - not far from the beach and steps to the pool! The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed - beds were comfy, kitchen stocked, etc. We had a wonderful LDW which was capped off by a sea turtle hatching on our last night. Sweetest memories! Will definitely be back.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo is spacious and was spotless. The covered front porch is amazing and I would have slept out there but the beds were super comfortable. The beach is a two minute walk to either beach access. The Isles Club is such a great perk as the pool is huge and you can have drinks from the bar while your kids play! Fantastic rental, would rent again. Only gripes were that there was no toilet paper in the condo and we have to go buy some and the remot to the TV in the Living Room did not work so we could not get the Roku working.

First Family Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 9. The description could not have been more accurate. It was an easy walk to the pool where we also used the beach access. The kitchen was fully equipped. We ate in the majority of the week and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The porch with the ocean view was perfect for our early rising 2 year old while the teens slept in. Any questions I had were answered quickly by the host. We will definitely be back!

Comfort with a view

This was our second stay here for our family. Love the open living area and the deck, quite comfortable and beautifully furnished. Kitchen is well stocked and the four baths makes for quick clean up for our family of ten after active days. Short walk to beach and amazing pool. Kelly has been very helpful. Really appreciate her help and the info provided that made our arrival and stay so easy and fun.

It’s a wonderful life

Great place to stay. Very clean and short walk to the beach. LOVE the deck swing..great spot for a glass of wine at night with the sound of the ocean and breeze. Family Vacay

This condo was the perfect location for accessing the pool as well as the beach. The cleared lot across the street gives a great ocean view from the shaded porch. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed for preparing meals. Kelly was quick to respond to all of our questions and a pleasure to work with. We will absolutely be booking another stay at "It's A Wonderful Life"!!

Great Condo - Short walk to beach.

This condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The elevator made it easy for us to get my 93 year old mother in and out of the house and out onto the back porch for an ocean view. She had her own bedroom and private bath that included a built in shower bench. The ocean porch had seating and two small tables that we used for our breakfasts. The porch also had a nice double swing chair and a lounge chair with cushions. House had a portable charcoal grill which we used out on the grass for some of our family dinners. We had extended family, so we rented two condos, and the proximity of the condos within the complex made it easy for everyone to get together while giving everyone the space we needed. The short (< 5 min) walk to the beach was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo by the beach!

This place was everything we expected and did not disappoint. The view was so nice off the back deck and it hardly gets any sun during the day. It was a favorite spot of ours! The beds were comfy and the furnishings and decor throughout were nice. The kitchen was by far the best appointed kitchen I have seen with extras like a crockpot, muffin tins and cake pans along with a lot of other items. Access to the beach was so close and felt very safe letting our older teenagers go to the beach on their own. The pool was nice and the tiki bar too but wish the hot tub would have been hot but that is part of Islander Resort so they must have had issues going on. A helpful tip to anyone that hasn’t been to Ocean Isle before there is only one way onto the island so Sat evening the traffic is horrible because the police have to direct it around the roundabouts. It took us 50 min to go 3 miles (we arrived around 5). Suggest arriving early and taking advantage of the pool passes or beach until the house is ready. The owners were awesome and Kelly was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

Spectacular Family Fun in the Sun

The property is comfortable, clean and beautiful. Absolutely loved relaxing on the deck (as nicely furnished as inside, comfortable seating for all nine of us and a great view of the ocean). Great view, great location

This was my first time at Ocean Isle Beach and it was quaint and beautiful. The location of this property is perfect — gorgeous views from the back porch with comfortable outdoor furniture where you would want to spend most of your time. Short, easy walk to the beach. I enjoyed the condo for a girls getaway weekend but it would also be great for a family. Spacious open floor plan for us to enjoy hanging out. The communication with the property management team was wonderful. Not only did they offer frequent and fast communication but also were caring and helped us celebrate a birthday. Already trying to plan a trip back!

Have never rented sight unseen before and was leary. 3 couples, we were coming down from NJ for a wedding and it was up to me to find a place. It turns out I picked prefectly. Family mini mini reunion!

Nice clean surprisingly large condo! Crisp clean linens. Elevator accessible. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/plates/glasses. Has a small wet bar as well which can be put to good use depending on the party :) Deck has a nice unobstructed view of the ocean above the dunes. Access to the beach is right around the corner. Description on VRBO is true to IRL! My party included my parents (82/72 yrs old) and one bathroom tub was low enough for my father to use comfortably, plus all showers have a seat in the other bathrooms.
