Ocean Cove condos are ideally situated directly facing the ocean, making them a popular choice for small families, anniversaries, or simply a quiet retreat by the sea. This property offers keyless entry for a smooth and convenient check-in experience. Please note that this unit does not have a golf cart outlet, and guests must bring their own sheets, towels, paper goods, and soaps. Pillows and bedspreads are provided. All units are non-smoking, and pets and golf carts are not allowed at this complex.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
