Each of these three bedrooms has a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed and a private bath that includes a garden tub and separate shower. The den offers even more sleeping space with a sleeper sofa, privacy curtain, and a rollaway bed for extra flexibility.

Throughout the home, you’ll find seven Smart TVs—one in each bedroom, plus the living room, the den, and even one by the pool—making it easy for everyone to relax with their favorite shows. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
