The main dining table seats 10, with four kitchen island stools and additional seating for six at the outdoor table.



With five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half baths, the home's expansive layout provides ample space for large groups and families. Four bedrooms offer inviting king-sized beds, while a dedicated bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks ensures the kids have their own special place to unwind. Every bedroom is arranged to provide a sense of both privacy and connection.

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



The pool is open year-round.



October 1st - March 31st: The pool is not heated by default. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, we can attempt to heat it for an additional $150 per day for the entire length of your reservation. As with all pool heating, water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to weather and outdoor temperature conditions. 



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.
