'We had an amazing time, rooms were clean, staff was friendly . The food was expensive so didn’t eat there. However, My 8 year old had the best time. He enjoyed the balcony view from our room as well as the arcade games and rock climbing. '

'We were driving from Miami to Texas and needed a place to stop to rest. We had Uhual attached so I used Google to ask where to stop that would be safe. This place came up so we decided to take a chance. All I can say is you get what you pay for. The place has potential as for the outside looks maintained. The inside was filthy. 'Elevator down with no prior alert before arriving to the hotel. when I arrived at the hotel with my 75 year old mother, who was absolutely unable to walk up two flights of steps, I was told the elevator was down and no apologizes were made for the inconvenience nor any empathy shown by the night auditor.'

'We had to cancel our room on Saturday 9.21 due to illness. The customer experience was abysmal. Not only would they not review my booking and provide a credit or reimbursement, they also hung up on me twice and refused to put a manager on the phone. '

'The staff were great. The room wasn’t bad. Unfortunately the ice machine didn’t work had to go next door. The ac/heat unit the heat wasn’t working blew out cold air. Not much for breakfast so luckily we were able to go next door and have breakfast. '

'Room was clean and well kept, access to ammenities was stress free and parking was close to elevators. The pool and hot tub were nice, heated, and staff were nice and helpful. I enjoyed that the casino area was separate from the hotel area. The layout is very convenient in comparison to other resorts in Biloxi. Overall it was a great stay and the people were very lovely. '
