Ideally situated just down the street from the downtown shopping/restaurant district, and less than a mile to the beach, Magnolia Cottage is a meticulously maintained property within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs, as well as beautiful Front Beach.

Newly renovated, Magnolia Cottage is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with friends and family when renting one of our three other cottages on property.

Inside the Magnolia Cottage, you will find a comfortable king-size bed with luxurious bedding inside a private bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed, both with a flat screen TVs for your enjoyment.

The private bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, and the living room features elegant seating situated around a flat-screen TV, with mini-fridge, microwave, alarm clock, and free Wi-Fi access. We also provide Turkish cotton bathrobes to lounge in during your stay.

We offer a key-less electronic keypad for entry into cottage, off-street parking, and a Kuerig coffee maker with complimentary coffee for which you can enjoy outside on the front porch with rocking chair.

Perfect stay in Ocean Springs
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this property during our time in Ocean Springs! The cottage was super cute in addition to being clean and roomy enough for two people. The location is great and has ample parking, which is a perk. Chris was very accessible and helped us with any questions we had while we were staying. I would definitely book here again!

Fantastic Experience
My husband and I wanted a fun getaway and chose Ocean Springs as our destination. This cottage was definitely perfect for us. Very nice and clean. Loved the front porch with rockers and the location was incredible….in the center of shopping and dining. Our host was very easy to communicate with and offered helpful suggestions about golf cart rental and recommended restaurants. You can’t go wrong staying in this property!

strange shadows
place was musty smelling went away after a day. Problem. the curtains in livingroom were very thin. i was afraid oeople drivivg down street could see in. plus lights across street and from cars cast strange shadows. As a woman by myself i was afraid to go asleep.

Comfortable and Convenient
The property is perfect for a stay within walking distance to the small downtown. The accommodations were smartly decorated and very comfortable. The unit had a bathroom sink for water ( no kitchen sink) a small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings.

Upon entering rental there was a very strong odor from product used for cleaning. That smell gave me a headache all night. The rental is close to restaurants & bars, but on Saturday nights, it’s very loud & noisy & crowded. I would not stay here again….especially on a weekend!
