This is not a VRBO. This is a small hotel room with a mini kitchen which is part of the same room. The kitchen has a frying pan and no cooking utensils. I asked several times for pots and pans and cooking utensils, but never got them. This is a mini house. On the Marble Springs website they say there are a pair of suites in the unit. There are actually 4 suites. There is no insulation between the lower and upper floor. I was woken up at 2:00 AM with someone walking around, and I can tell you every time they flushed the toilet. Every VRBO and hotel suite I have ever stayed in had a living/sitting area with a couch or love seat. This suite has a very small round metal table with two small uncomfortable metal folding chairs. The owner, who is not the host, was very careful in the listing to provide accurate pictures and information. I assumed since this was listed on VRBO that it was a VRBO and it was not. They simply use VRBO as a reservation service. There is even a sign on the building that says Marble Springs Hotel. My advice- don’t stay here. Stay at a hotel. At least you’ll get a free breakfast.
