MINI-WEEKS AVAILABLE ALL SEASON in POOL COMMUNITY! This fabulous townhouse just minutes to the beautiful beaches of Bethany! Accommodating 11, this bright, cheery, tastefully and comfortably appointed home offers a first floor bedroom & bath, fully equipped kitchen and electric BBQ grill for those nights that you'd like to dine in! Also offers a huge 3rd Fl Family room adjacent to a spacious deck, 1st fl patio, in-home laundry facilities and a community pool. The BEST part is that you can even bring your pet with a signed pet addendum and minimum $300 pet fee! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. You will be mere minutes from shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, the beach and boardwalk, plus just a short drive away from boating, surfing and skim boarding activities at the Delaware Seashore State Park. Have a rainy day? Stay in and binge-watch your favorite shows on one of the 3 UHD Smart TV's. Bringing bikes or beach toys? Feel free to use the 1 car garage for storage or for your car. Main living area is on 3rd floor.
Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Having the living room on the third floor was terrible.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the home is beautiful and set up so nice for everyone to be in one area. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing is I wish it were closer to the beach I felt like it was a bit misleading on the maps. With that said I would still rent it again it was perfect for us

Spacious and clean condo convenient location to all neighboring towns and beaches. Grocery store and pizzeria across the street were a bonus. Walking trails for our furry companion located up the street.

Overall our stay went very well. The property is fairly new and was mostly cleaned well. It is close to the beach and the on property pool was a nice amenity,

Overall, my family and I had a nice stay. Some things that we did not like: family/living area is all the way on top of 3rd floor which was very inconvenient and hard for my mom to aways walk those steps. Not sure why it would be all the way up top - also the TV could have been larger. Another thing, the tv did not work in the master room on the second floor and was not fixed at our stay. Lastly, the grill they had was was awful and cheap. Took forever to heat up. We did love the roof top deck.

We had a great week in Bethany. Nice accommodations. Short drive or bike to the beach. It was nice to come back and enjoy the pool after the beach. The townhouse was nicely decorated and stocked with what we needed. Only issue was the grill was too small to grill on for 10 people.

Townhouse was very nice. The traffic noise was horrendous with the main road right out your bedroom window. The corner of Fred Hudson and Cedar Neck way to busy at all hours of the day and night. The pool was beautiful very clean. Overall we did have a nice stay.
