Escape to this beautiful 2-bedroom condo located in the sought-after Bear Trap Dunes Golf Community. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the neighborhood, this comfortable retreat is perfect for relaxation while still offering easy access to a variety of amenities. To access amenities, renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Call ahead to schedule your rounds of golf or you may book them at the Pro Shop. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass for amenities. Amenities include outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Additionally, a beach shuttle service runs throughout the community for transportation to downtown Bethany Beach.

The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower—your own private haven after a day of fun. The second bedroom, thoughtfully designed with two twin beds, is perfect for guests, with a convenient hallway bathroom nearby.

Check in was secure but easy! Our place was ready before the original check in time and we were alerted to the new time.Kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the only suggestion I would have is for hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. I had brought dish soap and laundry detergent but no hand soap. We would definitely go back to this charming place in a beautiful neighborhood.

Immaculate, well maintained, very responsive management. This property was located on the creek with a relaxing view and is located in a lovely development. However, they do not tell you that you have to pay an additional 65 per person to use advertised amenities such as the pool. You have to purchase a weekly pass and cannot get a prorated amount for shorter stays. This property was already expensive enough with fees that more than doubled the price of the actual room rate. This seems like false advertising on the price.
