'Glamping with a touch of distinction! Peaceful and quiet location. Host was amazing with set-up, amenities, toiletries and kitchen supplies. Fire pit stocked with plenty of fire wood and new BBQ for evening cookouts. Very clean and well maintained RV, comfortable sleeping arrangements with thoughtful extras like: a “welcome basket” and hammocks to use on the property. Host answers questions quickly and was attentive. Enjoyed our stay very much.'

'I traveled constantly for many years and have stayed at hundreds of different properties, and at this price point, The Mallard Hotel is among the nicest I’ve stayed in. Clean, comfy, modern and a nice covered seating area outside with beautiful views. Highly recommend!'

'The staff was very helpful. The facility itself needs alot of cleaning and updating.
The room rate was great.
I booked the wrong dates and they did not charge me for no show and gave us a room for a good rate.

'The staff members are truly friendly and welcoming. It appears they're trying to update the rooms, which is great. The wifi was speedy, which can matter to some people. It's a reasonable place for the price.
The reason I won't return is a cockroach looking bug crawled across the floor of my room in the first half hour of being there. It's probably an exception. But that's an easy Not Again for us.'

'1st, let me say that Kirk is a a wonderful host, he answered all our questions very promptly, extremely helpful with directions to cabin, and always made sure we had everything we needed....Thanks Kirk!The cabin was awesome has everything you need, heat/ac worked perfectly, shower was great and has a really big smart TV. The property was clean beautiful and private and has a great porch to hang out on.Do yourself a favor, and book this cabin now!Kirk also has a place in St. Augustine, Fl...so...

'I loved the location of this rental. It is well enough secluded with a couple nice trails to walk through the woods. The fire pit was perfect for roasting hot dogs and we also enjoyed the corn hole boards. Wish we could have stayed one more night!'
