Welcome to your West Texas retreat, a spacious 2500 sq ft home built for laughter, connection, and rest getaway designed for families and friends who want to gather, play, and create lasting memories together.

You're set on a spacious lot with a large fenced backyard, this home offers plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. Kids can play outside while adults unwind indoors.

The Neighborhood Note
Across the street is a rundown house where the neighbors keep items outside. It won’t affect your stay, but we like you to know in advance so there are no surprises when you arrive.

The Game Room
A massive heated and cooled game room is your group’s private entertainment hub. Exposed brick accents give the game room a warm, loft-style feel that’s perfect for late-night pool and karaoke for unforgettable singalongs. You can shoot pool on the classic 1973 Valley table, deal a hand at the poker table, or challenge friends to foosball.

The Dining Area
When you open the front door you will be greeted with the Dining Area and Fireplace. The semi-open concept layout keeps the dining area, kitchen, and living area connected for easy conversation, while still giving each space its own cozy identity.

The Kitchen
• The heart of the home. Fully stocked kitchen, centrally located for easy access from every part of the home.
• The kitchen features ceiling-height cabinets for extra storage and a polished, custom feel, plus a fully stocked setup so you can cook just like you do at home.
• Coffee station so you can enjoy your morning brew with ease.
• Take the cooking outside on the Weber propane grill for casual dinners under the West Texas sky.

The Living Area
You'll enter a nostalgic step down living room equipped with a smart TV and Record Player. Plenty of seating on the La-Z-y-Boy couches for everyone.

The Primary Suite
You’ll enjoy one of two sequestered king rooms, each positioned at opposite ends of the home for extra privacy. The primary suite offers a comfortable king bed, plenty of storage, and easy access to a full bathroom, giving you a quiet retreat after a full day.

The Second King Room
The second sequestered king room is also tucked away for privacy and comfort. Here you’ll find a king bed plus a twin bed and an additional rollaway twin stored in the closet, perfect for little ones or extra guests who want to be close by.

The Third Bedroom
This flexible bedroom is perfect for groups or kids, with three twin beds plus another rollaway twin. Everyone gets a real bed, and there’s room to spread out, making bedtimes easier after long days of work or play.

The Outdoor Space
Afternoons easily turn into evenings outside, where you can play horseshoes, fire up the propane grill, or gather around the fire pit to share stories and s’mores beneath the wide Texas sky. The large fenced yard gives you room to move, relax, and let the kids run off some energy.

The property includes 6 free parking spaces.

Guest Access
The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the house and backyard. Guests do not have access to the housekeeping closet. The brick fence is about 4.5’ tall. All local guests must contact us prior to booking.

Interaction with guests
We are a self check-in, contactless home. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
We will be available on the app or through the number we will provide to you. Our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a quick message or phone call away!

Other details to note
– There is a $400.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– There may be loose dogs since there are no county pet laws.
– Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– There is a two step staircase to enter the property and a three step staircase to go into the 3rd bdrm.
– The game room also has two steps to get on the stage. Please don't leave toddlers in the game room unattended.
– For safety and septic system care, we can allow up to 14 guests/visitors of guests at a time in the home.
