'The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Daniel drove safely, Afriye was warm and welcoming, the restaurant staff very efficient, Jenny and Araba the best tour guides, they were informative and interactive, and to top it off Tricia was very pleasant and professional. I’ll definitely be back. The scenery is beautiful, and the facilities are well maintained.'

'The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. '

'I booked a nights stay with my family. Upon arrival front desk insisted they are not active on hotels. Com and made me a new reservation with a much higher rate. I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. I found another hotel hill view hotel in McCarthy hills that was a much better experience '
