'No funcionaba la TV, se solicito que se revisara o se cambiara de habitacion y no hubo respuesta, indicando que no habia personal para eso, y no brindaron ninguna solucion en su momento, apesar de la reserva tuve que esperar casi una hora para que este limpia la habitacion'
