1. General Conduct

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

No illegal activities of any kind.

Be considerate of neighbors at all times.

2. Cleanliness & Care

Please leave the space in a tidy condition — dishes washed, trash in bins, and major spills cleaned.

Remove all trash and food before check-out.

Do not move or rearrange furniture without permission.

Report any damages or maintenance issues right away.

3. Safety & Security

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Do not disable or tamper with smoke detectors, security cameras, or locks.

No open flames (candles, incense, etc.) inside the property.

4. Kitchen Use

You are welcome to use the kitchen, but please clean up after cooking.

Do not use strong-smelling ingredients (like fish or curry) unless you can properly ventilate the space.

Turn off all appliances when finished.

5. Bathroom Etiquette

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

Use provided towels for indoor use only (not beach/pool use unless specified).

6. Pets (if applicable)

Pets must be approved in advance.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Any pet-related damage will result in an additional cleaning fee.

7. Check-In / Check-Out

Return all keys or access cards upon departure.

8. Amenities Use

Use the pool/hot tub (if available) at your own risk and follow all posted safety rules.

9. Energy & Sustainability

Turn off lights, A/C, and electronics when leaving.

Avoid wasting water — please be mindful during showers and dishwashing.

10. Damages & Fees

Any unreported damages or broken items may result in an additional charge.

Lost keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee.
