Bianca Relais is a luxury home with ten bright and spacious rooms and the reservation was made for a Classic room. We always offer the best room available upon arrival. Our goal is to exceed guest’s expectations in the most convenient way for them. I am sorry to read that the breakfast service was not up to par and I would like, on behalf of the whole team, to extend my sincere apologies. Our team strives every day to offer the utmost professionalism and courtesy and I apologize if this time we failed to prove it. We made a lot of changes and now our breakfast is signed by our Michelin-starred Chef Emanuele Petrosino. I want to assure you that our staff is always willing to help you in anything you need, so I am really sad to learn that you felt uncomfortable about it and I do hope you may understand that the tea delivery was simple misunderstanding without any charge on the bill. The passion for our work leads us to do everything possible so that guests feel at home and come back to choose us again.
