Welcome to our new place completely remodeled located by Starved Rock State Park. If you are looking for a cozy, romantic home to spend your vacation , holiday: (Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter in our beautiful decorated house ) we are here for you . We are located 2 min from Starved Rock State Park , Grizzly Bear Resort and River . Near Parks : Matthiessen State Park , Buffalo Rock State Park , Pirate’s Key Indoor water park (20 min drive ) . Our villa is an oasis of relaxation and activities. Located 90 min from Chicago. You can spend your time in our jacuzzi ,play games , reading books , watching Netflix , stop by the small city nearby. You can also welcome your friends in the community gazebo with live music and picnic tables .

Provided: paper towel, toilet paper, hair dryer, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, coffee, tea , washing and drying machine.

Our 1800 square feet Villa accommodate a maximum of 8 people witchout extra charge .The resort has designated barbecue areas, barbecuing , fireworks, bonfire near the houses is prohibited.
Villa is privately owned !!! We are not connected to the hotel . For all outside activities pool , golf itc tickets must be purchased separately. The house has a ring doorbell camera installed on the front door.

Wonderful time at this cozy townhouse. Two queen beds and a king bed. 6 slept great. Can accommodate another two on sleepers. 2 full baths and a bath tub in the primary room. They also have a pack n play, play mat for a baby and a high chair! I love when people are prepared with baby stuff. We had two cars and had parking spots, not sure if more cars would fit in that area. The house is equipped with everything you’d need to enjoy meals etc. 5min walk to the lobby of the hotel, and 3 min walk to bear island. Great location. If you’re here for the Utica wine fest, the shuttle goes there! Do not count on Ubers… some are around but very few. We will be back next year. Thank you for a great stay.

Alojamiento ideal para familias que quieren descansar en plena naturaleza y pasar tiempo juntos paseando, cocinando, viendo la tele o jugando a juegos de mesa. We gathered for my mom’s 80th birthday. It was fantastic. Lots of room for a 2 year old to run around, and for our birthday gathering. Great to have 2 showers and lots of space for sleeping. Great location. We will definitely go back.

Great weekend getaway

This villa served our group of six girlfriends well for a laid back long weekend. Nestled in the woods and close to Grand Bear Resort, it was clean, well-stocked for cooking, and up to date. We drove to Starved Rock lodge a few miles away, ate well at two restaurants in Utica, and enjoyed a walk to a nearby canyon just off the outdoor bar, entertainment, mini-golf area of the resort. Well worth the price.

Beautiful home! Highly recommend!

The home was extremely clean and spacious! I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness and everywhere in this rental was completely clean. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and are beautiful. The pictures don’t show how large all the rooms in the home actually are. We cooked dinner and the home had all of the things we might need. Starved Rock State Park is only a few minutes drive away. The weekend bands playing were fun along with the cornhole and miniature golf that was only a short walk away. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Just FYI to future guests, the door code isn’t sent until the morning of check-in. I did have to reach out to the owner regarding that because VRBO indicates we would receive it 3 days prior to check in. The owner was quick to respond anytime I messaged.

My friend & I stayed a few days to see Starved Rock, & go to the Ottawa Wine fest. The Unit was lovely! Plenty of space, even for a larger family. Decorated so cute and lots of blankets, games, books & bath amenities. Aneta was a perfect host, she responded very quickly to any questions.The location is so close to the Park, Unica and all the surrounding areas. It's behind the Grand Bear resort & you can walk over to the Big Deck Bar & Music. Good salads & bar food. It was very quiet at night.

Modern renovated cabin perfect for a weekend retreat

We had a great time during our stay and loved how immersed in nature the cabin feels while still being close to grocery stores, restaurants and steps away from Starved Rock and Mathiessen parks. Aneta is so welcoming and responsive over text. She was super helpful with recommendations on where to hike, get coffee, etc. 10/10 recommend

We had a wonderful time staying here on a girls’ weekend trip. The accommodations were as listed and all was communicated clearly with the owner. Everything was clean and nicely updated.
