'Parking fees are an unexpected surprise. The continental breakfast also has a fee which i skipped basically nothing including house keeping is convenient without a charge to your card or you get it yourself.'

'Lots of noise outside on the property. Strangers also knock on your door. This didn't always make me feel safe. The staff's friendliness could be better at times.'

'The hotel is great. The restaurant was fabulous but very expensive. We had 3 rooms for one night. Suddenly when we were long gone they charged mini bar charges on 2 rooms while we never used anything from the minibar. '

'Staff extremely friendly and the lobby is beautiful. I visited floors, 4,9,11 & 12, for done reason there is a funky, musty smell in the halls and room. I used my perfume and some Lysol spray and turned on the fan to freshen up the room. The rooftop lounge was nice but the hotel should definitely have a separate entrance/elevator for the lounge guests, at certain times, we had to wait a while to get on an elevator to our rooms because of the rooftop guests. Valet situation wasn’t the best,...

'The property was good but the location is inconvenient, too much traffic to leave the hotel, We left the hotel because you could feel the smell of people smoking around the building. '

'We were very pleased with our stay here. Lots of amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, clean room and surrounding areas. The cafe staff were incredibly kind, friendly and attentive and put a smile on our faces during every interaction. We loved that the hotel was connected to a shopping area with a food court, restaurants, and mail salon. It was also just a 15 minute walk from a grocery store and Target for any last minute necessities not found in the mall. Finally, loved the lounge...
