'They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues. The receptionist didn’t bother himself to share with us the internet connection procedure and the breakfast time and location. Later, after arguing with the receptionist, they...

'De 'double room classic' was erg klein en het openen van het raam voor ventilatie zorgde voor grote insecten op de gordijnen. Het personeel wel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'Excellent location, walkable to the centre. On-site parking was very convenient and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great rooms - large, clean and comfortable, and a good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.'

'I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and apartments, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced an apartment as clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained as yours. The bed, pillows, bedding, and the overall comfort and atmosphere of the apartment deserve a 10+ rating! Everything was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt at home. I will definitely be returning in the future, and I will happily recommend your accommodation to all my friends and family.'

'One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff. Would 100% stay here again!'

' Centraal gelegen hotel met parking. Mooie inrichting en gratis ontbijt.'

'Magnifique tout je recommande Très beau séjour!!!'

The shower is spacious and hot. The location can't be beat. It's an easy to walk to the sites in the old city, restaurants and the river. But it's also very quiet. Parking is convenient, once you know where it is and how it works. In our case, Melisa was super helpful, going with us to the parking garage...

'Mooie kamer'

'Nice hotel, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Would visit again if ever back in Sarajevo! '

'Ontbijt was matig weinig keuze medewerkers van de receptie waren heel vriendelijk. Kamer werd niet schoongemaakt enkel nieuwe handdoeken en opmaken van bed. Toiletpapier moet je ook telkens vragen schoonmakers vullen het niet bij'

'Hotel Cosmopolitan is a great hotel that is just in the middle of the shopping district. The shopping malls, local stores and the Baščaršija can be reached within minutes. The staff is very friendly and informed and the breakfast is good as well. The single rooms are pretty small. '
