'What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!'

'Our Family Reunion was a hit. We're extremely Happy with this Host and Lovely Home.It was peacefull and relaxed. We just had death in the family and didn't know if we would still come. But it worked out and this place is a charm. Will be coming back . Worth every penny.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Dock House! The fishing was fantastic, and Doug was a gracious host. He even came out to the dock to make sure our fishing was successful! The kids had a blast roaming outdoors and enjoying the playground. We enjoyed the firepit and scenic views! '

'The cabin was very comfortable and well-furnished. Plenty of hot water and a good shower. The air conditioner worked particularly well. The location was just what we were looking for—on the banks of a slough that connected to Big Cypress Bayou. We were able to put in right by the cabin, but we weren’t bothered by the boat traffic out on the bayou. '

'This property was great. It has everything and more that you will need and want for just a weekend stay or a long week stay. Great lake access with a great dock that you can dock your boat, fish off of, or just sit and enjoy the great lake views. We fished for 4 days straight all over the lake and caught our biggest fish right in front of the dock here. The owners are just next door and will help with anything you may need. We cant wait to get back.'

'Great Place!!!! The house was awesome, perfect for kids. Our kids didn’t want to even go out in the boats they wanted to stay and play at the house. A slide, jump platform, floats and a lily pad! They have plenty of room here for everyone and an extra cabin on the property that you can also rent out. They have multiple boat slips and tires on the post so you can get easily tie off other boats without worrying about them hitting the side. The host was very helpful and answered every question...

'Had a lovely time at Sanders Lodge. Plenty of space inside and out to spread out, the lake is much more beautiful in person than the pictures give it credit. I wish that we could’ve stayed longer. '

'We had a blast celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday. The house was beautiful. Checkin super easy and the host was very responsive. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and beds/couches were super comfortable. '

"Roaches. Dead and alive. Seemed like no one had opened that room in a couple of weeks. Sticky, greasy floors. A loud evening was going on downstairs, not once did the accommodation lower the volume before midnight. Did not feel safe at all. Felt like it was a hit & run. Hittin’ the bed and once you wake up you just run to get outta there. The only positive note I can leave are the 2 friendly ladies who handled the check in and out. Do not recommend. Only for an emergency sleep."
