'I did not even get parked before an employee walked out and told me I could not Park in a reserved parking spot. Even though it was not marked as reserved I was told I couldn't park there. Then I get inside and they tell me I do not have a reservation and I was unable to stay there'

'The beds were really uncomfortable the sheet and the pillow Casey had stains it's an older hotel. It has great reviews I don't know how. It needs to be dusted the breakfast was pretty much unedible and the hot tub shuts off every 5 minutes so you have to get out of it to turn it back on again. The manager was horrible after I asked to leave after the first night they were talking about not refunding my money and charging me another two nights. 'Unfortunately did not have the best experience. I understand you get what you paid for but at a bare minimum I would expect the essentials to be done. Bed sheets were covered in stains, bathroom tub was chipped and had black spots everywhere. Toilet paper was empty, spare toilet paper roll looked liked someone peed on it (yellow stains). Leather couch was cracked and peeling. Had to ring the doorbell multiple times to get staff to come to front desk to get keys. Not ideal for a place to sleep. '

The king suite was so spacious and comfortable and the Tellers restaurant and the Vault were both fabulous for food and drinks. Very convenient property for visiting downtown and the museums. 'The hotel gives you what you need: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and cool a/c for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was nothing spectacular- the coffee dispenser only provided watered-down coffee so I had to use the room's coffee maker. For one night only, the place was sufficient for us.'
