Centrally located in Oklahoma City's Plaza District, this newly renovated 3-bedroom bungalow is just minutes from Downtown, Mid-Town, 3 separate Hospitals, and 7 minutes from State Fair amenities. It is 2 blocks from the unique shops and restaurants of the Plaza District which also boasts the historic Lyric Theatre. Although close to a variety of attractions, it sits on a quiet street with enclosed private parking and a private fenced back yard.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The hosts were thoughtful in amenities. There was ample parking and it felt very secure. Being able to walk to the Plaza District was a huge highlight as well.

Awesome house and awesome location

Stayed over a weekend with some friends and their baby. House was perfect and so close to everything we wanted to do. Only very minor complaint is that the toilet seat in the second bathroom won’t stay up. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Great value, location and thoughtfully updated

I can highly recommend this property. The house is very comfortable and we loved the rain shower heads in the two bathrooms. The kitchen was well thought out and ready for any meal you might like to create. The beds were comfortable, TVs in every bedroom and living room. Great value for the money. It was a short walk to nearby shopping and restaurant area. I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough great things about this rental. The location is perfect for everything in OKC, there are even some great places within walking distance (Aurora and the Mule). The house is super clean and just as cute in person as in the pictures. What you get for the price is really a deal!

Great house in a neat location

My family and I loved the place and it was updated, clean, well furnished and exactly as described. There is a cool business district just a couple of blocks away and it was convenient to walk to. Be aware that there were a number of abandoned, tagged and distressed homes in the area. This was not a deal breaker for us and we would gladly stay there again

Very Good!

The house was very nice and clean. The owners were very nice, helpful, and answered questions shortly after being asked. The primary bedroom didn't seem to get as cool as the rest of the house. The tv in the primary bedroom also had trouble streaming. The other tv's worked great. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Really Great Experience

I rented this property based on prior reviews and it did not disappoint. The home is very clean with a ton of amenities. If you need anything, the owners are a text or phone call away and are very lovely people. This home is also right next to the Plaza District and 5 mins from downtown. It was exactly what my family needed. Really nice, comfortable stay.

OK City - Comfortable

Like staying in a five star hotel. Easy drive to down town. A number of restaurants within walking distance. The amenties are high quality and all of the bedrooms are good sized. The layout was perfect. One of only a few VRBOs that we stayed in where the frying pan was actually in excellent shape. Our only regret is that we did not try and stay a few more days. This place will make you comfortable very quick.

We stayed here for 4 days and wish it was longer! Every room is decorated beautifully, the property is super clean. The home is just blocks from everything and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you need and more. This was my favorite VRBO stay ever!

The property had a open concept Kitchen, Living room area. Comfortable for reading, discussions and games supplied. Bedrooms and bathroom fully supplied, closed doors for privacy. TV in all rooms for personal viewing, no debate on what you want to watch. Dave supplied information needed to enjoy our stay. Close to everything you would want to visit OK State Capitol, OKC.Baseball game, Riversport, 45th Artillery Museum, Railway Museum, Science Museum, Art Museum, Contemporary Museum, Bricktown, National Cowboy Museum, Spaghetti factory sat in the Trolly for dinner, Rented scoters by Micky Mantle stadium, Canal ride historical sculpture, Toby Keith Bar & Grill, Foxy Ice Cream, OK National Memorial & Museum. The Oklahoma people were gracious, courteous, and kind all with a smile. Walmart for food and drink selection. Recommend OKC to visit, Will return to see more.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this home during a horse show. The fairgrounds is seven minutes from this home. The home is beautiful and nicely stocked. The communication with the owners was exceptional. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
