Our stay was very disappointing due to a lack of transparency and hygiene. We booked this hotel specifically because of the pet policy shown on Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel charged us double the advertised pet fee. Even though the fine print says fees can change, a 100% increase is unacceptable. We tried to cancel, but since the Expedia booking was non-refundable, we were stuck paying the extra cost.
The experience didn't improve once we got to the room; we found old, dried-up poop in the corner on the carpet. It was clear that the floor hadn't been vacuumed or inspected properly before our arrival. While the front desk did move us to a new room, the initial discovery was disgusting and made us doubt the cleanliness of the entire property. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are booking based on the prices listed on this site.
