'The hotel is decent, but not for the amount of money that they charged. The pool was broken so I couldn’t use it. There is a smell throughout the entire hotel that isn’t pleasant. Most definitely in need of renovation. Breakfast was decent, but very typical'

'Beautiful rustic place. All rooms in our building had balcony on creek. Outside of bustle of very busy tourist town. We were able to catch trolley in front to downtown. Drawback was no convenient walking to food. Easy to drive into Smokey Park.'

'The first room given to me the floor around the sink had standing water covering the floor. After front dear came and saw the floor she didn’t really know what to do. I told her I wanted a new room. I was given a new room, and it was ok. The bed was comfortable, the faucet was not bolted to the sink and you had to hold it in be able to turn it on. 'Upon check in we had to wait for our room so the reservationist tested us to a cold beverage while we waited 20 minutes! The staff was very nice. We paid the $22 for two people for breakfast and that was a big win as very good options to choose from and you could have as many items as you wanted off the menu! The staff member behind the bar and on breakfast duty was amazing!! I think his name was Dee. Although the staff was great and location very cool I will not stay there again as their rooms...
