Caletta Nest 11 is a two-level apartment with well-distributed spaces and breathtaking sea views. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The lower floor hosts a double bedroom and a twin bedroom connected to each other, plus a second bathroom with shower. The environment is quiet and welcoming, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or on an excursion.

The panoramic terrace offers a splendid view of the Gulf of Cugnana, ideal for admiring sunrise or sunset over the sea of north-eastern Sardinia. The property also includes a private covered parking space and is just a few meters from the condominium swimming pool and the complex's tennis court (pool open from 15/06 to 15/09).

Caletta Nest 11 is located in the La Caletta di Porto Rotondo residential complex, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and characterised by a peaceful and private setting. Within a few minutes' drive you can reach the centre of Porto Rotondo, famous for its restaurants, boutiques, nightlife and picturesque marina with luxury yachts. Keys are collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
