The apartment is equipped with 3 air conditioners: one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

Bed linens will be changed upon request for stays longer than 5 nights (and every 5 nights after that).

Please note that electricity may trip if multiple appliances (especially the oven and several AC units) are used at once. The solution is an easy one and will be explained prior to check-in

Self-check-in is available via a secure box with a code.

Valuables can be stored in a secure location upon request.

The parking pass is available for an additional cost of €15 for 7 days (monthly pass also available). I will just require your car's license plate prior to check-in, and it will be registered automatically without the need to print anything.Payment can be made via bank transfer in advance or left in cash at check-out.
