Beautiful and cozy apartment with terrace in Murta Maria, a stone’s throw from the most beautiful beaches of Olbia.



The apartment, located on the first floor of a residence with a swimming pool a few steps from the beach of Marina Maria, features a covered terrace with a dining area where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the majestic island of Tavolara. The living area features a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of July to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

The seaside town of Murta Maria is located between two marine protected areas, a few steps from a cove with white sand overlooking a small pool of salt water connected with the sea, destination of herons and pink flamingos. Scuba-diving and underwater fishing will allow you to see the wrecks resting on the seabed of this bay, while hiking or horseback riding in the hinterland will give you contact with nature and breathtaking views. Indeed, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, with various degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers.

The territory of Murta Maria also offers different types of accommodation, services, and restaurants where you can taste traditional specialities, and it is a perfect location to visit the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby, do not miss Le Saline, Porto Istana, Li Cuncheddi, Spiaggia delle Vacche and Capo Coda Cavallo.
