The space

The approximately 60-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building in the Portisco Bouganville residence with a private entrance and no elevator (you’ll need to walk along a path and up some steps to access it).



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 32-inch TV, split A/C, and access to the veranda;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and access to the veranda;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, split A/C, and access to a small veranda;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- VERANDA with a sofa, armchairs, lounge chairs, a table with chairs, and a sunshade;

- COMMUNAL GARDENS, PLAYGROUND, and BASKETBALL COURT.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system heating, split-system air conditioning (in the living room and both bedrooms), mosquito screens (in the living room and both bedrooms), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Note: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €20 for each set of linens used.
